Elevator Pitch

It is well established that many problems with the functioning of art markets are related to the lack of easily accessible and certifiable information. The commonly implemented solution to this problem is that artists and galleries attempt to produce credible signals at ever greater costs. Instead I believe that it would be better to focus the effort on creating a larger and more social-economically diverse group of buyers who through education feel able to make those value judgements for themselves.
